Your booking reaches the physiotherapist as a request. They accept or decline it, and we email you either way. When they accept, the appointment is confirmed and the email carries the clinic address or home visit details. It also shows up in your Patient Dashboard, where you can view, reschedule, or cancel it.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to four hours before the session from your Patient Dashboard. Inside the four-hour window, your physiotherapist may ask for the full fee, at their discretion. Since you pay directly at the session, BookPhysio.in does not charge anything online.

You pay your physiotherapist directly at the clinic or during your home visit. Most accept cash and UPI, and some accept cards. Ask the physiotherapist which they take. BookPhysio.in does not collect payment online.

Fees vary by physiotherapist, city, and visit type. Every physiotherapist on BookPhysio.in sets their own fee and shows it on their profile before you book, so you always see the exact amount. You pay the physiotherapist directly at the session.

Every physiotherapist shares their State Council or NCAHP registration details and a qualification proof when they sign up, and an admin reviews those documents before the profile goes live. Where a state publishes a register we can search, we check the number against it. Where it does not, we can only confirm the documents we were shown, so the badge says Credentials checked rather than claiming a registration status. The credentials are shown on the physiotherapist’s public page so you can see them for yourself.
