How we verify physiotherapists
BookPhysio is built for planned physiotherapy sessions in India. Verification helps patients trust who they book, without replacing your own clinical judgement or emergency care.
What we collect
- Professional registration number (IAP or State Council, depending on what applies).
- Qualification proof as submitted by the clinician (for example degree or registration certificate).
- City and practice details needed to run bookings on the platform.
What we check
We compare registration details against professional records where those lists are available and usable for verification. Where automated checks are not possible, we apply manual review before activating the verified badge.
What verified does not mean
Verification confirms identity and registration steps on file — it is not a guarantee of treatment outcome. BookPhysio does not provide medical advice. For emergencies, use hospital or emergency services.
